WAAODA Executive Pamela Bean has been Executive Director of Research at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin since 1998. She is also the Main Partner at Millennium Strategies, a business development company which focuses mainly on emerging trends for diagnosis and monitoring of alcohol use and abuse. Dr. Bean obtained a PhD in Experimental Pathology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, and a Masters in Business Administration at Edgewood College in Madison. She also completed the Engineering Management Program in the Industrial Relations Center at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, CA. and a Certificate in Marketing from California State University in Los Angeles. Her main areas of expertise include the evaluation of treatment programs in the field of addictions and behavioral health as well as the promotion of innovative approaches for alcohol use diagnosis and monitoring. Dr. Bean is a prolific speaker and writer; she has addressed the NIH, various biotech companies and professional societies on four continents. |
